Curvaceous CRSVC:Suite Response Surface Visualiser (CRSV)See all of the relationships within your response surface. Enter your required specifications and SEE how to operate your process to achieve them. Test out different operating practices and SEE the results they would produce BEFORE you put them into practice. C:Suite's Response Surface Visualiser (CRSV) is a unique product which, for the first time, can show users the complete set of relationships within their response surface. This is achieved in a ‘user-friendly’ visual form instead of using equations, like all C:Suite products. CRSV is perfectly suited to Formulations / Design of Experiments (DOE) problems where the number of data points available is very small, perhaps as small as 8 to 10. CRSV is one step ahead of any other current software. The system models a data set using the geometric relationships intrinsic to it. When modelling, the effects of all other variables in the set and their interlinking-relationships are automatically computed, this eliminates the need to hunt out single pair relationships. Key to the method is the intuitive and simple display of the model, the user is able to visualise the model in an uncomplicated manner and this leads to an increase in overall understanding. Many different 'what if' scenarios can be tried extremely quickly by simply dragging points around on the plot. Process analysis is performed in one of two ways. The 'if the process runs like this' approach identifies the range of product responses possible from a pre-defined set of input points. The possible adjustment for each input variable is also visible. The 'how do I get' approach shows the user the most likely range of input settings to achieve a required response. The display clearly highlights two variable interactions such as those that might require a response trade off. This ability to move values around and watch the affects on other parameters is invaluable. Parameters needing further investigation can be quickly identified, thereby eliminating unnecessary trials and improving both Retun on Investment and speed to market/trial. The affect of changing parameter values and seeing the consequences opens up a new view on how to progress and where to focus within your process. Using Geometric Process Control (GPC) technology as it's foundation, CRSV is able to bypass traditional modelling techniques and provide a revolutionary solution to problems across the process industries. |
