The Next Step in Process Improvement
Combine Dynamic Experimentation with Your SPC Program

$$$ Save Save $$$

Both Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) have many proven examples of their effectiveness. SPC is primarily used in the plant floor environment. DOE is primarily used in the laboratory environment.

Stochos has integrated these tools into a new tool for the plant floor. Imagine on-line process improvement operating in conjunction with on-line SPC and DOE.

In one plant, using this new tool, the savings in operating costs alone have amounted to more than $250,000 per year. The new tool (ProActive/Process Improvement) has demonstrated that these savings could be achieved while increasing plant yield. The delay of investment in plant expansion would increase savings even more should demand exceed present capacity.

Attend our informational breakfast seminar and learn how you too might achieve such savings!
