The training for technical personnel is available on-site or at Stochos facility in
Duanesburg, NY. The class can be either 1, 2, 3 or 5 days in length depending on the topics
to be covered. The 3 and 5 day class is offered through the Center for Professional
Advancement in East Brunswick, NJ. A typical syllabus for a two day class is as follows:

Refresh Quality Managers on the general principles of Statistical Process Control
(SPC) and train them in the advanced techniques that are relevant to your specific
industry. Case study examples will be covered using plant/industry specific data.
This class is recommended for supervisors that demonstrate a high level of technical
competence and interest in quality control application and techniques.

Shop-Floor Operators:
Operator training is best performed on-site in an effort to maintain normal plant
operation. The typical class consists of 8-10 contact hours with lessons occurring in 2
hour bursts (2 hours per day, 2 hours once per week - depending on proximity to Stochos).
The class can be tailored to ensure coverage of all shifts and crews while maintaining an
acceptable production schedule. The operator class will cover the following topics:
